Air Ticket Booking Assistance

1.⁠ ⁠Scope of Service

The Company provides air ticket booking assistance as a facilitation service only. All air tickets are issued directly by the respective airlines and are subject to the airlines’ own terms and conditions.

2.⁠ ⁠Air Fare & Price Fluctuation

All air ticket prices quoted are subject to airline availability, airline rules, and real-time fare fluctuations. Air fares are not guaranteed until the ticket has been fully issued and confirmed by the airline.

3.⁠ ⁠Fare Difference

In the event of any increase in air ticket prices due to airline fare changes, fuel surcharges, taxes, or currency fluctuations prior to ticket issuance, the guest agrees to bear any additional fare difference.

4.⁠ ⁠Service Fee

A service fee of RM50 per passenger (pax) applies for air ticket booking assistance.

The service fee:

Is charged for coordination, booking, communication, and administrative handling; and

Is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, change, no-show, or non-usage of the ticket.

5.⁠ ⁠Payment & Ticket Issuance

Air tickets will only be purchased upon receipt of full payment, including ticket fare, applicable taxes, surcharges, fare differences (if any), and service fees.

6.⁠ ⁠Personal Details & Identification (PNC)

Guests are required to provide accurate and complete personal details, including full name (as per IC or passport), IC or passport number, date of birth, and nationality.

The name provided must exactly match the name shown on the guest’s IC or passport.
The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, additional cost, ticket forfeiture, boarding denial, or travel disruption arising from incorrect, incomplete, or late submission of personal details by the guest.

7.⁠ ⁠Changes & Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations requested by the guest are subject to the airline’s rules, penalties, and administrative charges. Additional service fees may apply for amendments or re-issuance.

8.⁠ ⁠Airline Responsibility

Once issued, all air tickets are governed strictly by the airline’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to flight delays, rescheduling, cancellations, baggage allowance, and refunds.
The Company acts solely as a booking facilitator and shall not be held liable for any airline-related matters.

9.⁠ ⁠Personal Data Protection

All personal data collected is used solely for booking and travel arrangements and will be handled in accordance with applicable Personal Data Protection laws.

10.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms

By requesting air ticket booking assistance and making payment, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the above Terms & Conditions.
